Maria Teresa Bonfatti Sabbioni

Maria Teresa come from Piacenza, northern Italy, and holds a degree in Medieval Art History and another degree in Paleograph. She also earned a Master degree in Teaching and Promoting Italian Language and Culture, from the University of Venice, Ca' Foscari. She used to work in Archives with  vallum papers and hand written documents when in Italy, and when she got tired of the history and the past, she decided to move towards something new and faster, so here she is...enjoying her new job and new life. Her main focus is developing intercultural activities based on short video and selected scenes from Italian movies to show Italian culture to students. Her favourite place in Chicago is …the Lake and the MCA.

Maria Teresa likes writing articles for an online Italian magazine about contemporary art (Exhibart online), and drawing.
