Jessica Drew

Hailing from Austin, Texas, Jessica Drew joins the Department of French & Italian after a year and a half with the School of Communication Dean's Office here at Northwestern.

Jess graduated from Knox College in 2007 with a B.A. in Theatre and a minor in Art History. Since graduating, she has held costuming positions at the Goodman Theatre and at the Steppenwolf Theatre, as well as designing for Vitalist Theatre Company of Chicago. Additionally, she is a current board member at Goat Song Theatre in Chicago.

Outside of theatre and administrative pursuits, Jess enjoys Scrabble, gardening, cooking, geneaology, and working on her French language skills. Her future goals include horseback riding in Mongolia, obtaining a Ph.D. in Theatre, growing roses on her back porch, adopting a large dog, and becoming fluent in French & Spanish.
